Can Anybody Recomend An All Natural Sleep Aid?

I have trouble sleeping and have tried everything other then sleeping pills. I don't want to use sleeping pills because I'm only 15. I'm okay with pills but only if they are natural.
I've tried EVERYTHING trying to sleep from warm milk, meditation and even classical music. I don't wan the sleeping pills unless they are natural because I'm only 15.
