So be patient. Expecting sleep a few minutes after taking a
natural insomnia remedy is an unreasonable expectation. However you may be confident that a natural insomnia remedy will eventually work - and work better than a sleeping pill - without the build up of tolerance or side effects like daytime drowsiness.
