Cant sleep , stressed. What to do?

Cant really sleep lately i go to bed 2/3am because i am stressed and have problems on my mind sometimes. Had a lot going on for me i dunno what to do because it effects me day to day sometimes with college because im tired through day. I used to take sleep aid tablets wen i felt like this wonder if i should start taking them again.

Any suggestions??

Calm yourself before you sleep. Bathe or light candles. Do not use and electronics passed 11. If you really cannot sleep and are bored, read. Periodically take walks around the room or house.
Only use your bed for sleep and sex. Do not do school work, eat, paint nails, etc. in bed.
Try sleep sounds.. there not really bullshit!!
