I CANNOT SLEEP, WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?
a week ago i did something very bad, i used a prescription drug without it being prescribed! for one whole week. when i finally tried to go to sleep 5 days ago, i tossed and turned and couldn't get in to my sleep state of mind and head off to dream like i usually do! i've never had any problems sleeping before, i took melatonin but iam still awake! i have only gotten 10 hours of sleep max, i don't know what to do! what is a good over the counter sleep aid, i'm stressing out over so much s h i i t t t t! i just want to get back to my normal sleeping schedule! any suggestions on this type of insomnia? HELP!
