Natural Sleep Aids .. Good morning melatonin or PM?
I have been taking melatonin 3 mg, but it seems to work. I was reading about a new product Good PM Days. Has anyone tested? If I should not take more melatonin? Thanks .. I just want to have a good sleep for once .. Thanks for all your answers!
i maybe you should look at the root of the problem. Is it possible you have sleep apnea? If so, no matter how many sleep aids attempts, do not get any rest yet ............ option is to talk to a therapist. If no medical reasons, you could easily resolve in a single session.
