drug interaction of these medications? please help =)?
okay so i have anxiety and i am prescribed .5mg of Xanax (fairly low dose) i took that at around 10:15pm after i took that i had a headache so took 2 Midol about 10min later, when decided to go to bed about and 1hr and a half after i took the Xanax i took 2 Cvs sleep aid pills(i have insomnia) then i took 2 Benadryl (which i do every night because of allergies) my question is is will these harm me? have a pretty high tolerance to medication though,and didn't really mean to take this much will i be okay?
ok welllll, lets see, im a pro when it comes to pills. the midol wont affect anything, its a very mild pill, you could take 100 of them and it wouldnt do much.The xanax on the other hand mixed with the Benadryl, probably wasnt the best mix, but i see that you took a couple sleep aids then 2 benadryls? your not trying to bite the bullet are you? Ok, well what i would do if i was you would to stay up as long as possible, and to drink fluids, the xanax doesnt last long, so at least wait another hour or so till you sleep. It wasnt good to mix all those downers, but, you wont die, but dont make a habit of it. Ive taking all those things, just for recreational use as a kid on the street, and i know how strong they are. Drink Fluids, take a shower, if you have to drink a cup of coffee, just to keep yourself up a bit. Man, i do want to yell at you lol, please dont mix these types of pills again. Hopefully you dont have to work tommorrow, cuz your gonna be out like a light. But the answer, NO, you will not die, you will not suffer or have any bad reactions, You will sleep harder then a rock, and you did take alot of downers, but you will be ok. Just stay up as long as you can, or you feel comfortable. and have a good nights rest. When you wake up tommorrow your mouth is gonna be dry, and your gonna feel like you got hit by a semi truck. sweet dreams.
