Can I take Inderal and Sleep Aid Simultaneously?
I am taking a relatively small dosage of Inderal (actually Propranolol) for anxiety and was wondering if I would have any negative side effects by taking Diphenhydramine HCL at night to help me fall asleep earlier in the night... What do you think?
Right now my dosage is 1 40mg tablet twice daily of Propranolol.
I don't know how Diphenhydramine works so I didn't know if they would effect each other if taken together?
