Is there actually anything useful in tesco sleep aid?
I got some Tesco Sleep Aid earlier to help me sleep which contains Hops, Valerian and Passion Flower
Is this pretty much just a placebo or will it actually help me sleep?

Valerian is sedative but hops and passion flower offer nothing. I might argue that no chemical aids to sleeping, herbal or conventional, are all that good an idea as the body quickly gets used to all of them.
