where can i download sleep aiding sounds/music?
i have been having problems with sleeping these past few days. my mind just can't seem to settle down and a lot of things speed through it, and i was advised by a friend to try and play some sleep aiding music while im lying in bed.
i have been through a few sites but i want to download them for free. if i cant get them free from teh internet, i guess imma just go to my local record store and get it from there.
So any of you guys know where i can download these things?

Well there are a few places you can get music. I suggest Amazon or iTunes and my favorite is Music for Deep Sleep.
Just search for Music for Deep Sleep and it will come up, they have a nice combination of sleep music, nature sounds and Guided meditations for sleep.
