Will my doctor prescribe ambien or some other sleep aid easily?
It takes hours to fall asleep
If it is your regular doc, it probably would not be a big deal.
But remember, ambien does not produce sleep, it is pseudo-sleep.
My wife and I use Melatonin with great success.
If you haven't yet, try taking two 3mg tablets 30 minutes before you plan to lay your head down.
It works great for us. You can find it in any drug store in the supplements section.
