Whats a good, non-habit forming, otc sleep aid?
I work at a movie theater and usually don't get home after my shifts until about 1:45am-2am and now that the busy summer season is approaching (with midnight shows and such) sometimes even later. I can't fall asleep right after I get home and I've gotten into this habit where I can't fall asleep until around 6am. This wouldn't be too much of a problem but sometimes I have to get back up to go to work at around 9:30am-10am.
I am looking for a reliable, non- habit forming, over the counter sleep aid to help me fall asleep well before 6am.
Answers from personal experience would be the most helpful.

ETA I work doubles a lot also (15-17 hours) so something that wouldn't make me crash would be fabulous.
Tylenol and Advil PM have both worked well for me. The only problem is that if you take them EVERY night, you have to take more to get the same result. I use Tylenol PM once or twice a week.
